Frequently Asked Questions
Is an appointment needed?
If you believe your pet is having an emergency, please just come in. Appointments are preferred for urgent cases and will be seen as a first come first serve basis.
Is a referral needed from my veterinarian?
A referral is preferred to ensure that continuity of care is established between us and your primary veterinarian. We will communicate directly with your primary veterinarian to transfer care back to their facilities.
Do you offer vaccines and Spay/Neuters?
Vaccines and most preventative medicine concerns that can be addressed by your primary veterinarian will not be offered at our hospital. In an effort to continue collaboration with the primary veterinarians in the area, we will refer you to them for these types of services.
Why are you only open Thurs to Sunday from 6 pm to 6 am?
To ensure that we are able to provide the quality of care that our patients deserve and ensure that our staff are provided the work-life balance needed for their quality of life, we will offer our services in accordance with our ability and capacity to do so. If we see see the opportunity and ability to extend our business hours we will do so and make the necessary announcements.
